Had never heard of this website before, but just bought a DRMless version of Rollercoaster Tycoon deluxe edition that works with Win7 64bit for $3. Its now one of my favourite websites

Can't wait to see what publisher they got.

Very new to GOG, but my experience with buying and running a bunch of classics thanks to the holiday sale was so god damn flawless. Fantastic website/store.

Great. I can not wait for the 50+ games they should pack for 2012.

More EA, more Sierra are sure things. LucasArts maybe signed in 2012 (and after EA, it is the only publisher able to do a splash with the GOG audience).

The Christmas sale where almost everything is 50% off is still running today, so if you want to get some old goodies and have money left after the steam sale then this is the time to pick them up.

I just picked up Baldur's Gate, Lands of Lore 1+2 and Icewind Dale 2.
I'm now trying to decide whether to get the Might and Magic 6 pack, or to go straight on to Might and Magic 7. I never played any of the M&M games before, what does GAF recommend?

Is there a chance of that happening?
After EA, the only major publisher that makes sense for GOG is Lucasarts.

I also own Rebellion. It really was the beginning of the end for Lucasarts. It's incredible to see how far they've fallen. For a while, they were arguably the best developer around.

I really want Dune 2000.

So much.

There's still at least one more round of EA titles going by the count GOG gave us a while ago, that's a pretty popular request, and Theme Hospital, and a few others.

A lot of people want to see Quest for Glory get a Digital release, I'd enjoy that quite a bit too. QfG I and IV were great, III and II as well. They all had different settings, and were pretty unique.

World of Xeen is good (IV + V), worth playing if you can get in to it. Otherwise VI and VII would probably be the best places to start.

Thanks Minsc. I'll grab the 6 pack, that way I can play 3 and Wolrd of Xeen as well. I can always pick up 7 and 8 later.

System Shock 2 would be nice. No way I'm paying hundreds of dollars for a new copy or 60 dollars for a used copy that is probably actually just a burned copy from Asia.

Yes.

Are we doing wishlists? The Quest for Glory series is still at the top, but I wouldn't mind seeing all the Dune games, Silent Storm, Rise of the Dragon, The Adventures of Willy Beamish, Jones in the Fast Lane, and Transport Tycoon Deluxe.

BioShock Infinite is like playing some homeless guy's vivid imagination
I tried launching the One Unit Whole Blood Launcher for Blood, but I get this message from MSE:

(Screen isn't mine, but it's the same message.)

The GOG forums are effectively useless for help on this, so I thought I'd come here and hope for the best. Is this something I can ignore or what?

listen to the mad man
Woo, new thread! Here's hoping for LucasArts this year.

They just signed one of the following 4 publishers:
Square Enix / Eidos
Microsoft
Take 2
Lucasarts

We should see the fruits of that signing sometime in 2012. I suspect it's Lucasarts or Eidos.

I've been using GOG since it started and never had anything bad from them or heard of it.
It most likely has nothing to do with the game and is something that has infected your system previously or afterwards. You can look online for 'MMBPlayer' to see how to remove it.

I have a Logitech MX500? o_o
Don't know if they are similar models.
Dunno; could be. If you have Logitech's Setpoint installed you should just try it out, provided the setting is there. Or just try the other fix. Start tinkering, chop chop.

And it's over.

Bought Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath, The Longest Journey, Neverwinter Nights Diamond Pack, Gothic 2, Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars, and Syberia.

the new game should be added today or tomorrow and then one every week.

the new published should be kept for E3, so I expect back catalog of already signed publishers for the first few months.

I hope it is LucasArts. Eidos, I do not see the point, the catalog is too small (Deux Ex, Tomb raider, Hitman).

And that was in response to me. haha

Guess I forgot I asked the same question. Thanks x2

Well cripes, if it's a wishlist, then I'm System Shock 2 all over the place. I'll happily double dip JUST TO PROVE A POINT as to how much fun that game was/is.
