Edge Preview: Monster Hunter 3G coming to the West - Q3 in EU, TBA in NA

This is like the third or fourth time that some random European mag has said it was happening without any official confirmation from Capcom, so... I dunno what's up. Either way nobody is going to buy the game without online or some form of tunneling.

Is Capcom publishing it, or Nintendo? I wouldn't be shocked in Nintendo published it, as they do with Dragon Quest.

Should probably not trust the 7-11 security cameras quite so much

NA is probably sitting on it til E3 to say anything because they hate to announce stuff prior to E3 it seems

Seems to be a pattern here. Nintendo of Europe play the heroes, bringing some of the best games from the East, while Nintendo of America sits with their thumbs up their asses. Will Reggie ever change?

So... You think that MH3G will hit Europe and not NA?
Really?

Do you have another source to this? There was a magazine stating that MH3G would be coming to Europe in fall, but this has never been confirmed by Capcom.

It's no popular in Europe, and US. However, since Europe got The Last Story, Xenoblade, and Pandora's Tower way before US (or not even announced for the US) you can see the pattern here.

The big difference here is that the Wii is a dying console, whereas the 3DS is the new hotness.

But Monster Hunter is Capcom's game. I know that Capcom has always had a long-standing publishing relationship with NoE, but they don't need that in the US.

I'm sure that Nintendo is going to help out even more with awareness of the title even more than they did with MH3, but the bottom line is that it's not comparable to Xenoblade and its ilk at all.
