The new iPad has an amazing Retina display. Soon after the keynote, I realized all my old wallpapers were now useless. I want
some high-res wallpapers to show off that new Retina display. And as I've said before, I'm a wallpaper whore, so I started
making some new wallpapers and converting some old ones. It's been quite the task.

The wallpaper resolution of the new Retina display is 2048x2048, so make sure that your wallpapers match this resolution.
The reason why it needs to be 2048x2048 instead of 2048x1536, is because when the iPad is in landscape or portrait mode,
the wallpaper will always be pixel perfect.

I wouldn't recommend posting the full resolution wallpapers in this thread, even with a quote. The video game wallpaper thread
requires thumbnails, and with the new Retina display resolution, I think we reached the point where thumbnails are needed for
the new iPad wallpapers.

Please contribute and consider using of one the services below to upload your wallpaper.
They will automatically create thumbnails for you.

It has a lot of high quality wallpapers that you can use, but not necessarily in the Retina Resolution, but sometimes higher. I'm sure they will start showing up in 2048x2048 soon though. The reason it was blocked is because you can have some extemely NSFW images on that site. They have a filter for safe, sketchy, and NSFW. I like the website overall though.

Check out the Hi-Res Artwork thread in gaming. There are a couple of posts that have ME3 artwork.

There are some extremely high resolution Mass Effect 3 promotional images in the Video Games wallpaper thread, but the original guy who posted them doesn't want them to leak beyond GAF. So I'm not going to modify them, but if you check out this post, you could download them and make your own. I just know, from my PlayStation Vita thread, that wallpapers created show up on other sites very quickly when out in the open.

You can only search small medium and large so it makes it hard finding a good wallpaper for the retina display.
