STOP SHITTING ON MY MOTHER'S HEADSTONE
Well sure if you think that "Gen. Ricardo Bermúdez, formerly chief commander of the air force's 3rd Air Brigade (southern area) and an air attaché in London" is flat out lying then yeah.
And if there's one thing history has taught us, it's that current and former military generals never ever lie.

Oh.

Wait.

Great, wtf is this some grainy footage of an upside down colander photoshopped into some shaky handy cam footage. In the video at 1.01 its halarious how the colander shrinks in size.

I want to believe as much as the next man, unfortunately this video brings nothing.

Okay, let's just think for a second here.

You're telling me that there's an alien race (or shadowy government experimental organization) that can figure out craft that are capable of:

1. Interstellar travel (if aliens)
2. Traveling at insane speeds through atmosphere without causing a sonic boom or affecting the surrounding air in any way
3. Moving at these speeds without any standard means of propulsion known to man
4. High level stealth technology so they weren't picked up on radar or anything

And they want to observe, but they CANNOT figure out either:
1. Some form of active camoflage, or anything else that would prevent them being observed with the naked eye or some sort of video camera
2. Cameras/radar/sensing apparatus that allows observation from range so they don't have to fly close to the ground to look at the jets

And instead figure the best way to observe silently is to zip back and forth across the air like idiots instead of parking somewhere they can't be seen and watching.

Your post is flawed by the use (and emphasis) of "CANNOT." There's a million potential reasons why they wouldn't be using camo or not care about proximity. If the worst case scenario is they get caught in footage like that, what's the problem? Among other things.

Anyhow, the flight pattern is definitely that of insects, so....I'm saying insects.

Only if "cloaking" in the way you're imagining it is even possible. A more pressing concern would be why they would try to hide themselves, yet constantly do flyovers of densely populated areas in broad daylight. Or why they would glow so brightly as to be clearly visible in the night sky.

Active imaging panels in their ships. I think even we have that tech. I don't remember if they built an actual prototype or just proposed it, but the idea for a chameleon jet that can cover itself in clouds and skyblue camo exists.

And, I'm thinking they're not terribly worried about hiding. Just being discrete, and not making contact. Remember, no one saw this with their eyes, it only showed up on camera. Sometimes I wonder if aliens wouldn't care about being seen, it's not like we could do anything about it.

perhaps the reason they can move at these speeds is because they're using some other sort of propulsion.

IF the same object really is captured in 7 videos, moving at such an insane speed, and the videos line up I think this is a pretty compelling case.

Aeronautical experts, and air force and army photogrametric technicians all reaching the same conclusions about the footage is impressive.
