I really hope they don't devote like 75% (or more) of the episode to Blackwater. Don't get me wrong, it'll be great to finally get some action, but with only two episodes left they can't afford to waste any time. This season has already felt more like "visual Cliffs Notes" than "TV show."

It seems pretty clear at this point that there won't be much of anything besides Blackwater tonight. I don't expect to see Robb, Dany, Jon, etc. at all.

This is how I feel about Stannis: You guys know the story of King Solomon and the two women who both claimed the same baby as their own? Instead of King Solomon giving the baby to the mother who said she'd give it up instead of cutting the baby in half I have a feeling Stannis would cut the baby any way just because they wasted his time. :p

After Blackwater there's only two major events left I can think of:
Jon vs Halfhand and The House of the Undying
.

How can you forget (CoK)
the sacking of Winterfell

And there needs to be something major for Arya to do since they took her major scenes away from her. (CoK)
And getting a coin is not what I consider to be major

The Bastard of Bolton hasn't been cast, there will be no sacking this season. Getting the coin is a really short scene that doesn't require any extended time.

I think they'll save the first one for season 3 and I think the only thing we'll see happen to Arya this year is what's in your spoiler.

Since a reference to her story is in the title of the episode, I expect and hope that you're wrong about that.

Speaking of Stannis, I get the feeling that we're supposed to dislike the guy (if only because nobody in Westeros save for the late Ned supported his claim), but honestly I like him. He's ruthless, but his senses of justice and duty also seem unswayable. You can't expect him to be nice just for the sake of being nice, but he'll never be a dick beyon measure. I loved the line where he says "Ser Jaime Lannister the Kingslayer. He might be a kingslayer but he's still a knight." IIRC it wasn't in the books and I found it a clever addition.

I think you're setting yourself up for disappointment. [ACoK]
I bet we only get one scene with Arya and it'll be her goodbye scene with Jaqen where he gives her the coin and tells her what it's for then he'll change his face and leaves. After that we'll see Arya, Gendry and Hot Pie go on their way. It wouldn't surprise me if they did something like have them walk instead of riding away on horses.

In that case, then
Arya doesn't get to have a major scene in the second half of the season and Arya doesn't get to show any signs of character development. Harranhal transformed her into a cold ruthless sob in the books.

Yeah, and that's why we haven't liked her story in S2. I really doubt it'll turn around in the last episode.
