Impressive that the 3DS barely dropped when the LL appeared; it appear that the LL isn't cannibalising sales of the original.

I'll be interested to see the top 50 when it appears, I'm curious if the LL has also resulted in a surge of the less successful titles.

The Persona 4 brand is a fucking monster. Those are fucking solid sales for a 2D fighting game spin off.

DYRL sales are really, really disappointing. It's a long awaited remaster of a classic film, and it only sold 25k? I wonder if Bandai admitting that the source material has been "modified" (read: censored) in remastering process affected sales...

Persona sold about what I expected. Did pretty well, I guess.

Unfortunate for Atlus that a brand new game only sells a fraction more than Golden though.

I would assume the effect of the LL can't be seen as good until the first full week. I'm really curious about the second week sales of it, too.

Either way, 3DS' sales dropped by 20k 2 weeks before the LL released. It might've been related to that.

Pretty much. Other than party games like Smash Brothers, this is pretty much going to be the best selling core fighting game in Japan this generation I think. It should outsell Street Fighter IV by next week.

Such an split market. You'd think the PSP would be dead by now but it is still selling tons of software.

Oni Training bomba? Maybe it will keep selling forever, dunno if that market is still there.

Arena is impressive. The rest is in line with what I thought. Although Wii ~> Vita is a bit of a wow.

Monster Hunter above 1.5 million, yay.

Vita sub 10k in Famitsu. Demon Training sales are eh.... NSMB2 sales I'll wait for this week to judge. If it hold stable than good, if it drops pretty hard that would be bad.

It's not ok-ish. It's horrible-ish. What's the difference between 9999 system sold and 10846? Nothing. 10k is just a psychological barrier. Selling at a pace of 40k-50k monthly is really bad no matter how you slice it.

Well it's really either Vita or 3DS, since it's a portable version of Persona 4. Would it have sold less on the 3DS? I guess we'll never know.

I wouldn't be worried for NSMB2 at all. Having a 2 days first week instead of 4 days, when the game is one of those selling a lot in the days right after the launch, has an effect in sales.

It's even more true for Oni Training, but that's surely a game which must be seen in the long time, to understand many things.

Price information for both have the "&#21508;" qualifier, indicating multiple SKUs. Titles with only one SKU don't have that.

As for Media Create, we'll have to wait until they post their comments on their site, I imagine.

I derped there. I was thinking he meant if it was a HD re-release on 360 or PS3.

Yeah, if it was on 3DS it would have been pretty interesting to see the sales.
