There was a PC version first? Sweet. I know Xseed has been really happy with their Ys Origin and Oath sales on Steam. Hopefully this means the Trails games can come to Steam if they are already finished!

I think that would make a lot of people really happy.... but..... we'll see.

Daaaaamn.

The 3DS LL and 3DS hardware sales. New Super Mario Bros. and Pokemon sell like crazy.

GBA

They are performing quite similarly, which is a good thing.
Eh, that chart doesn't look similar at all? There's a huge 3DS upswing and it's tracking millions ahead of PS2/PSP! If anything 3DS sales are tracking significantly closer to DS than those two, and it's sales patterns echo DS rather than GBA (even if closer to the latter in absolute numbers right now).

VOOK

We don't know why he keeps buying PAL, either.
People forget the DS took off and took off like a rocket. It's tracking NOW... but yeah.

Will be interesting to see how the 3DS/3DS LL split continues going forward, if there's a meaningful continued desire for the smaller version of the system, or if it will eventually shift over to the larger version, how much of an overall boost it will provide.

It seems there could still be desiring one or the other, it's not like there's such a huge difference between the two that the new one renders the old one obsolete, much of it seems a matter of what one's size preference is. So, I would imagine there could still be an overall boost from those who wanted a bigger system while the regular version continues to sell alright as well.

If all DLC came tied to $13 figurines, I'd consider all DLC to be free
Oni training definitely seems like a title more suited for a download purchase. Hmm I wonder how many eShop sales they got.

Enjoy. (Media Create sales btw)

If you included the Wii as part of the pacman and renamed it as "The Nintendo family", then that would make the XBox 360 nothing more than a toothpick in a Sony sandwich.

yeah, the 3DS has Japan by the balls.... damn.

Also, UbiSoft really does have a runaway success with the Just Dance series.

Posting just this calendar year's graph. Bump for 3DS looks awesome! If anyone would like the full spreadsheet, PM me and I'll email you mine. Maybe someone can help me figure out my PSP LTD discrepancy.

The Persona 4 brand is a fucking monster. Those are fucking solid sales for a 2D fighting game spin off.
Iirc Arena is not a spin off, but a sequel to Persona 4, how weird it may sound. The 40 (?) hour story mode could've affected the sales quite a bit.

It's hard to say if NSMB2 numbers are good enough for a 2D Mario title or not without knowing how many digital copies have been sold. Let's hope Nintendo will provide these numbers as soon as possible.

"Main" installments of Monster Hunter, Mario 3D, Mario Kart, Pokemon, Mario 2D, Dragon Quest, Inazuma Eleven and Brain Training (all million sellers or multiple million sellers with their previous release) have been released for Nintendo consoles in the last 9 months.

It's crazy. They are only missing a Final Fantasy game.

Geez, I never really considered the possibility that DQX could actually turn into a serious success, but looking at those pics makes me wonder if it's not about to exceed all expectations.

Man, that would suck. lol No more classic Dragon Quest.

And I'm actually wondering when there will be the first "main" FF game released on 3DS ( I mean, not things like Theatrhythm).

...I hope it isn't that new project in FFXIII world...

I'd add Kingdom Hearts.
Animal Crossing is missing though.
