I've yet to play the first one in spite of the good things I heard at the time, but this thread has gotten me listening to the OST.

I kinda like it. So far, it's conjuring this image in my head of Amuro Namie and Anna Tsuchiya being chased through Jet Set Radio by a Pump It Up machine.
