Do PSOne saves from the PS3 transfer over?

With my PSP, I was able to transfer my disc copy saves from playing it on the PS3 to my PSP and resume where I left off at on the go.

Well, just bought Klonoa and that transfers, but the main games I wanted on my Vita (Crash 1, 2, 3, and CTR) don't work. All or at least most were from PS Plus (can't remember whether I bought any of them).

No. You just need the bubbles. Don't install. If you install, you lose the bubble and have to download the game again. They don't have to be installed on the PS3. I just copied over Final Fantasy IX. I have the bubble on my PS3, but it's not installed.

I installed on mine and the bubbles stayed.

might be time to finally replay FF7...haven't playe since it was released.

for what it's worth, megaman 3 looks gorgeous. razor sharp vibrant pixels w bilinear filtering turned off.

Hold the PS Button and press Start.

Thank you very much.

You can speed it up somewhat, but still not totally ideal.

Ya'll expecting faster loadtimes are in for a rude awaking. The PSN releases are just the discs. IE: .iso to eboot.pbp (or whatever the PSP2 uses instead of the PS3/PSP1) format dump. There's been no changes for a digital release AKA: no hard-drive enhancements. WYSIWYG in terms of games and load times.

ummmmmm who was it that said you couldn't assign controls? You can. Touch the pad until you get options for controls, memory card, reset games, and other settings.

Others include screen mode which has original, normal, zoom, and full.

There is bilinear filtering and disc load with normal and fast.

Symphony of the Night!! I've played this through 100% a lot of times now. Wish it had trophies. Heck I'd take in game accomplishments at this point.

BTW, I think it's probably a safe assumption that any games on the SCEE list will be compatible via transfer.

Just fyi, Castlevania: SotN works for me when I transfer from PS3 to Vita, and I acquired it through PlayStation Plus.

Whaaa? Tried Tomba!, does not work (though MonkeyPaw Games officially said it would), now downloading a few others that I own on PS3 to check.

Edit: Sorry, my bad. It transfers to Vita but I get an error asking me to download it again from the download manager. It won't load

I was able to download Cyberbots and Mega Man 2 directly to my Vita by going through the download history in the store. None of the other PS1 games show as downloadable. The common thing with these two games is that they are Japanese "imports".

It's working now, at least for some games. Games I can copy now:

- Wild Arms
- Suikoden
- FF VII
- Resident evil 3
- FF VIII
- FF IX
- Vagrant Story
- Xenogears
- Resident Evil DC
- Wild Arms 2
- Gex 3

Don't know if any of those are new, I was to lazy to check the list.
