Thanks for the MSI tile! I totally forgot I have that program running in the background to regulate my fan.
They should come back if you open oblytile for a few seconds, or press the refresh button in the new version of oblytiles a few times

Are You able to link a webpage that will have it open in ie metro? I've linked web shortcuts in metro only to have it open up ie in desktop? Any fix or workaround for this?

sorry to sound like a broken record, does anyone know if you change the tile for folders pinned to the start menu?
I'd only want large tiles if they were live tiles, but that's just me.

Currently planning on upgrading to Windows 8 when I get my computer back from repairs and I'm loving the white-only minimalist approach to the logos. A few questions because I don't have the OS yet:
Can you assign tile logos to individual folder destinations? Let's say I had something like:
Documents > Music > Development Files > MIDI
And I had a "MIDI" folder on the desktop. Could I assign "MIDI" with a unique tile despite simply being recognized in the past as a file path/folder?
How exactly do the "groups" work? Is it a simple WYSIWYG interface?

You just put in the path to any folder and it will open in explorer, eg "C:\Users\user\Documents\Developement Files\MIDI", and give it a tile image.
To create groups drag a tile to an empty area beside an existing group. To name groups you go into the zoom\overview mode (click the bottom right of the start screen, ctrl+scroll down, ctrl+-), right click a group, and it gives you the option to name it.

I've got this problem too - though it hasn't happened for the first few tiles I made.

you can't do that automatically
it's easy though if you have a bit of photoshop skillzz
i had that error, you either are importing a JPG file (it only supports PNGs), or maybe the file size is huge
make sure you are using the latest version of Oblytile...
if you still cannot fix this, best you post on the xda thread
