What about JoJo since it's gone an Anime? I've been wondering about that though...it's now in Ultra Jump, and there's a game dedicated specifically to it coming out as well. Dio and Jotaro were in JUS, but I wonder if they'll return.

It switched to Ultra Jump in 2004 so it probably doesn't matter.

I'd advise you to keep your dream roster locked to IPs we know they have. ;P Notably, Namco Bandai does not have the license to make Hokuto No Ken, Yu-Gi-Oh! or Bleach games. However, they have the license to most of the other major JUMP series.

Awesome. Since this game probably won't get localized, if it was 3DS only I would never be able to play it due to region locking. So happy right now that it's on region lock free platforms.

The fact that it was Namco Bandai producing this game, and not Nintendo already hurt the possibility of that happening even before PS3/Vita.

Maybe Sony wanted more hype for the game and thought that people would pay more attention to it thinking it was going to be 3DS instead of Vita/PS3.

The only thing I (and others) have based that on is the Goku render. We don't know how this game is played, as we've gotten no screenshots. Spike Chunsoft is a large company, so I doubt there would be any issue with making this game and Heroes Vs.

Right now the only franchises confirmed are Dragon Ball, One Piece, and Toriko. However, it would be a pretty big lie to call it "the Ultimate JUMP game" and use it for the magazine's 45th Anniversary if those were going to be the only series represented. Namco Bandai doesn't own the video game publishing rights for Captain Tsubasa, or Yu-Gi-Oh! coincidently KOnami has both of those.
