I'm still waiting to see what ever came of the rumors about Skies of Arcadia HD re-release on XBLA and PSN last fall. Although I would take the GCN Skies of Arcadia Legends for Wii U in a second if they released it as a Virtual Console game. Widescreen support is a must, though.

While these would be awesome, I'd be more hyped if the following things happened:

1. Patch/ firmware update speeding up the OS.
2. Patch/ fix for the various bugs like 100% system freeze when exiting Hulu Plus after watching any movie/tv show on deluxe wii U systems.
3. HUGE expansion of the WII U e-Shop with the ability to finally play Gamecube games on the the Gamepad, as well as purchase them from the e-shop.
4. HUGE expansion of the WII U e-Shop which allows you to play 3DS titles on the Wii U gamepad, including: Ocarina of time redux
5. An announcement for the Zelda shown at E32010 - but that's likely E3 news...

That's just my personal wish list.

They have 3 teams. Takahashi is leading the Wii U project. Yasuyuke Honne is leading the Kyoto 3DS project. And they also have a third team who occasionally work closer with Namco (I think)

Basically Nintendo has been hiring like crazy since late 2011 to boost software output so there aren't six-month gaps in big game releases like there always used to be. So anything is possible at this point. Expect the unexpected.
