The face and dress are definitely very unique, and not like other female characters. But the body shape is still pretty similar to the normal girls. A little shorter I guess. It's certainly not a bad thing to stick to a style that works though. I think the similarities in his female designs just stick out a bit because of how different his male characters are, especially in the leads. None of them are remotely similar, but both Nami and Robin share a lot more in common. The perception is pretty strong especially when looking at those main characters over and over in cover spreads and lots of scenes in every other chapter.

The whole image is pretty awesome.
Also Slark is kind of the best hero in DotA, if people only just stopped walking as a team.
At this point, I'm just looking forward to Anime Mirai and stalking some other freelance animators on twitter (which probably does me more harm than good).
Nothing on the horizon either for me, so I got some time to diverse myself for now

Also I finally looked at the OP and while it's nice to have finally contributed something to the community, I'm a bit ashamed it was part of the monument built to kayos' conceit & narcissism .

Backgrounds for this episode were certainly well done and you can definitely see the extra effort put in to not only make them attractive but get an illusion of space in them too such that it feels like they are all connected in a contiguous manner and not just slapped together
ie, Atlantis feels like a real destroyed city and even though we only see parts of it it still keeps a proper sense of scale.

Sometimes things aren't meant to look good for the context of the joke are in fact meant to look ugly.
One the girls I posted is called Lola the running joke is she gets turned down by a lot of men, the old woman at the top is an old witch which thinks she's young.

And just to add some fuel to the fire the fugly ass art is but one of the things that keeps me from tackling the neverending monster that is One Piece.

Thats good, actually I think I like most the cast really good, hopefully its picked up and simulcast. Similarly Valvrave has second best character designs next season.

GoldenBoy is an AMAZING dub. Made by a total asshole of a guy in real life but his work in Goldenboy cannot be questioned! It also happens to be a quite well done OVA series as well with a fun ending. One of the classics.

Luffy and the art are the 2 major obstacles in the way of my enjoyment of OP, really. The suffering caused by those 2 flaws exacerbates every little, minor, and otherwise unnoticed niggling problem I have with OP and turns them into monstrous obstructions preventing me from experiencing Goda's Promised Land etc

None of them except Kubo since he saves time by not drawing background half the time.
That's one of those shows I want to get to but it's spoken of so well I'm also of the mind I don't want to get to it quite yet so I have something to look forward to.
