Toradora!, Nichijou,
Watched them both already and love them.
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun
Now that I haven't checked out, what's it like?
You can get a little of all of that if you watch Full Moon Wo Sagashite.
Comedy and drama are both anime genres I like, moreso comedy.

But I don't usually like them mixed a whole lot. More I was just showing I'm open to both genres.

Also, I appreciate the recommendation. Sadly, I've already watched that anime. Do you have any other recommendations in mind? I'm particularly interested in recent ones. As in from this season or the last 3 years.

Tonari no Kaibutsu Kun (My Little monster) - about a rough around the edges guy who is a bit sociopathic and a girl who falls for him and tries to keep him in line. also starring Natsume AKA BEST GIRL.
Also Yuru Yuri is pretty hilarious, as well as Working!

Well, that's two people recommending this anime. So it must be something.

I like YuruYuri despite a couple of really messed up parts. It's pretty great. Sadly, that's another recommendation I've already finished.

I watched about 7 episodes of Working!! and got too bored of it to continue. Sadly, I didn't find it all that entertaining. I know a lot of people like it, though. I don't know why I didn't. I plan to finish it sometime anyway, but it isn't what I'm in the mood for right now.

Near. L would be okay but Near's always been unique to me. If you really want to scrounge through porn I'd appreciate it.

Nah, I can make it instead...

Haha, yeah, I'm bored.

I know we shouldn't go on about the subject, but the idea was that all the avatars actually came from an H-manga.

Seraphis Cain

bad gameplay lol
I'll also recommend Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun. It's quite good, despite the few issues I had with it. The characters are, for the most part, extremely likable and it's really just a good show.

Also iDOLM@STER is pretty good, though I'm halfway through it so I can't really give a final recommendation.

Ixion Saga 1-13

I lost it when the people in the one village thought Kon was a god and one of the villagers asked him how the world began, he started talking about the console wars and his party had to translate it into a religious creation story.

Also that part when the princess was in her "Hyper Active" mode and told "Pet" that he was a bird now was hilarious.

the whole thread over at gaming proves that Seth MacFarlaine and most of gaming side deserves each other. I dont know if its a good thing or bad. But it explains why its getting harder to defend them everytime a tragidy happens and video games get the blame.

How did you get that one? does it say?

An independent judging committee first used a check list of shows and marked off profiles that had seen and liked (gave it a 7+) them. They then went through this narrowed down list of profiles and judged them individually.

I recognise most of these. I'd go with the last one and maybe get Ultimadrago to pick another one from the same source.

Any choice quotes out of that loli thread? Not going to read all that...
Nanako from Persona 4 wouldn't be loli, I'd consider that a moe sort of artstyle. Loli is sexualized children, ...
There are some more but I linked those on IRC and I can't remember them by heart.

To be honest, a bunch of new members joining without most of their posts being about Blood-C, School Days, or something else like those feels kinda weird for me.

I think the amount of people who lurk this thread is pretty enormous but they are turned off by certain things, such as the speed of the thread or some of the crazy talk that goes on in here. But I'm glad some of them give it a chance and say hello.

That thread was amazing but I think its dead now. Probably for the best.

its more amazingly stupid i take it.

i dont discuss it anymore because when live action does it worse everyday, for the past 10 or so years, gaming side has no legs to stand on but religion. the same religion (or God) that keeps ray lewis out of jail right?

cant gaming side stick to the GDDR5 magical mystery tour and leave their historincs to themselfs, and history to professionals like Jerry Beck and students like myself, thank you very much?

Novid, I would say the problem with that thread was less to do with religion and more to do with Americas opinion on sexuality. However one could argue that stems from religion but I'm sure many who see themselves as "too smart" for religion hold the same views on sexuality.

We're finally starting to open up clear lines of suspicion. There's still a lot to the mystery that remains mysterious, but there are some patterns emerging.

I'm not sure what to say here. After getting accustomed to the show's relaxed pacing in the last set of episodes, we've really dived back into the action. I hadn't thought about it much before, but there are three clear lines of narration in the show: Sekiguchi, Kiba, and Yoriko. They're starting to intersect.

I love how this transition played with my assumptions, and how it ultimately wound up providing a surprising payoff later. It drew attention to itself in a good way.

I'm kind of surprised at how Sekiguchi's creeping up on me as an interesting character. Perhaps it's a consequence of being stuck in a room with him for a long time, but he's got a lot going on under the surface, and it seems like how those issues emerge will be key to the show's resolution. Kiba, on the other hand, hasn't really gone anywhere.

Is it just me or does this cat have kinda weird eyes?

I'm always surprised when every episode ends. I'm looking forward to more.

Violence is "free"
Sexuality has a price.
