Everything slowly back to normal. Not good for WiiU and Vita though.

2nd week drop rate has very little to do with being a good result or not. If a game sells 100k in its first week, or uses 10 weeks to sell 100k, it is the final result that matters. Technically it is best to sell all copies at day 1, because then you get the money in quicker.

Nothing wrong with having legs ;)

if Vita Maintain 30+k as baseline.. then this will be very encouraging for the platform.. Although baseline could only be achieved after 7 - 8 weeks of the price drop..
So next week it can drop again too..

Media Create has Wii U at 9.5, I wouldn't go crying doom yet.

Besides, we know it'll be like this until it has software. With Game & Wario around the corner, then Pokémon Scramble U in Golden Week (it has a retail presence), I predict it'll be up around 30k for a while

Meh. Soul Sacrifice could've held better, but I suppose now it's up to word of mouth.

Sword Art Online did very well. Seems Scamco did right by sticking by the PSP for as long as they have.

I can see a one week spike at the end of March to 30k or so, but I see nothing to prop it up above 10k after that.

Well, better than I expected for PS Vita this week... good news.

And next week, with Pirate Warriors 2 on the streets, numbers should be better... 40k at least.

Boring.

Vita is the new MC threads darling and it sold about what I expected (few pages back), same for SS.

As usual, next week should be interesting... lol. (One Piece, Luigi)

You under-estimate the appeal of Pokémon Scramble. That series is one of the most popular Pokémon spin-off game series. It was one of the first 3DS games to hit 1,000,000 and the Wii one stayed at the top of Wii download charts for years.

This one, while downloadable, has a retail presence with stores selling download cards. It WILL have an impact

You could be right, but I'm very skeptical that download cards will spur a big retail push for hardware.

Anecdotal of course, but my local place was completely sold out of Vita units. There were still copies of One Piece Musou 2 for the PS3, but I grabbed the last Vita copy.

Plenty of Super Robot Wars, and they finally got a Sword Art Online restock. Very curious as to how the latter sells.

EDIT: Plenty of copies of Luigi's Mansion too.

There's just something about anecdotal retailer reports on GAF. Good to have, though.
