The vague concept was nice, but I feel like I already know how Rockstar would approach a shooter, with Max Payne 3.

Do we even know what Agent is? I think it was ridiculous to get hyped over a title that we basically only got info of the "title".

At 1st I thought that was a extreme pro wrestler.
I'm impressed by that stampeding elephants, grit , heart, strength & determination.
I am fat myself but thats just impressive.
What is this from I must watch the actual youtube video.
Caught a purse too, mad brawl skills.

Late 70's Cold War espionage game, w/political assassinations, stealth etc. IIRC it's never been explicitly stated whether it's open world, linear or what.

Some more about the project at the Kotaku link:
Unlike Take-Two's 2011 E3 Sony press conference announcement of BioShock Vita, Agent is a title that has actually been in development twice. Agent was originally in development at Rockstar San Diego in 2003 as a prototype for PS2/Xbox. It would seem that version of the game was at least partially set in Cairo; one former Rockstar San Diego artist said he and three other people spent a week in the city taking "over 10,000 photographs" for reference materials.

That version was ultimately put on hold, and the project was resurrected a number of years later as the Agent we vaguely know today. As a number of resumes attest, version two of Agent is/was also an actual project in development under the auspices of Rockstar North, with Rockstar San Diego helping out.
Interesting.

A couple weeks ago when I took an EA survey regarding Battlefield 4, one question asked me what upcoming games I was interested in. They had Agent on the list, amongst other games like BF4, CoD Ghosts, Dragon Age 3 and so forth.

fuckin ell. Fat people strength is amazing at times. They are like ants that can toss around 50x their body weight.

Just FYI, I'm pretty sure that lady is also a man, and no, I'm not being facetious,

This hasn't been said anywhere iirc. They just say ask R* and we get nothing.

[9] On 24 May 2011, after nearly two years since Agent was announced at E3 2009, Take-Two confirmed the title was still in active development, even though it had never been seen by the public up to that time.[10] However, SCEA CEO Jack Tretton said at E3 2011 that he was unsure over Agent's PS3 exclusivity and that it was a decision for Rockstar Games to make.[11][12]

I know if I was Take Two or Rockstar I'd try getting a game that's been in development forever on anything possible.

I want a stealth game with multiple hubs, multiple ways of tackling objectives (able to ghost through) and awesome espionage tomfoolery. Rockstar would no doubt deliver. This has me excited.

I really really want this to come out.

I don't think it's cancelled. We would have heard something more concrete. Look at Max Payne 3 and RDR, both shown/teased and then gone away for a few years.

Even if its still a thing its probably a multiplat by now. Also have awful euphoria engine controls/handling but most people like that.

SO if San Diego are helping out with this, does that mean no RDR sequel any time soon or are they big enough to do both?

Agent comes out late 2014/Spring 2015. Red Dead 2 comes out Spring or fall 2016, new GTA comes out in 2017/2018.

Complete guessing on my part.

RAGE/Euphoria is one of the best things about this gen, canned animations need to die hard.
