Not again. I still think GZ is the prologue to MGSV just like the tanker was for MGS2 and virtuous mission for MGS3.

Yeah they are going to be released separately so I see them as two parts of one whole.
Ground Zereos got its own name for a reason I think, it will come first and we will get TPP in 2015.

Ground Zeroes look much larger as a chapter then either of Tanker or Virtuous Mission chapters. So I think it's a smaller game compared to TPP yet both put together are MGSV.
Nothing special. Yoji is designing a GZ watch and Kojima's casting role in MGSV is still a secret.

Kissing their ass? I think the only reason he was at the MS conference was just to show that moving forward the MG franchise is making it a point to be on both platforms. I thought everyone knew that when it comes to Metal Gear Playstation is a given.

To show to the press and avoid the internet from analyzing the shit out of it and jumping to a bunch of conclusions. Cancelling pre-orders, boycotting the franchise, etc.
They are rehearsing the gameplay. They want to perfect the demo and Kojima will be explaining as KP staff plays the game. Then they have to edit it and add substitles to Kojima's explanation then give it to us. Just be patient. MGS4's gameplay demonstration was the same.

Well both are confirmed for current and next and the PP E3 trailer was the ps3/360 build and it seems that is lead development so it would either be one DL and one retail or both retail and lastly just one game
