Xbox One Kinect and Gameplay Video (UI stuff)

Description says it's made by Microsoft, but I haven't seen it anywhere (can't find it on their YouTube or press site).

Questionable whether it's real-time, or whether loading between apps is that quick, considering they're using Gamescom footage of Titanfall, etc.

Interesting video nonetheless. No idea if it was leaked or anything like that, so here's a backup just in case: https://cdn.anonfiles.com/1382913506517.rar

"Xbox, close thread" if old.

Edit:

Looks good and fluid. I get what they are trying to portray but jesus i do not need that much multitasking.

Defo nice...if its that fluid, then I think I would love that. Kinect is nice for that.

That was some cool next Gen stuff right there. Haha oh my god its going to be so awesome to be able to do everything by just speaking. Xbox On, Xbox, Forza, Xbox, Join Party, Xbox, snap Internet Explorer, Xbox, Go to NeoGAF!

Fucking awesome.

Also, god we've seen the Titan Fall footage so many times.

When he said "go to activity feed" it brought up a specific friend, not the activity feed Major Nelson showed us.

When he said "go to Titanfall", it just started playing the same exact E3 footage we've seen all summer. Contrast this to Shuhei Yoshida ACTUALLY loading up Killzone live on screen at Gamescom.

Conclusion: Not a real-time video and is just more Microsoft PR giving us a theoretical look into what it can be like. I'm still very skeptical about this.

That is one cluttered as shit UI.

Will be interesting to see videos of the UI in action by purchasers at launch to see how it matches up to this if nothing else.

Honestly, I could give two shits about using the Kinect and voice instead of a controller, but all the complimentary and community features, and the ability to bounce around really easily and multi-task... I can see myself using a lot of that.

Plus game recording, which PS4 can do too, so that's a wash.

To be honest, both UIs look and feel cluttered to me. Its the functionality I'm more concerned with at this point than the look of either.

This, I hate this type of videos. Just show me raw footage of the UI same goes for Sony.

Why did he voice command his way to Pacific Rim when we was one button tap away from it?

Is this how stupidly lazy we're gonna get with all this power!?

UI and features look pretty damn awesome.

It's faked, the Xbox logo appears before he even speaks.

That isn't proof it's faked. That logo is how MS starts any Xbox One related advertising now, so it's no surprise the video would start that way. Do we really need to see proof that someone can turn on an xbox one by saying "Xbox On?" Everything else seemed pretty legit. Worst case scenario is that it does none of that on release in the countries where voice support is suppose to be available, but if it actually does, then this ad was right on the mark.

"Xbox, go to Pacific Rim even though it's currently highlighted."

I lol'd when i saw that. Also funny was he was watching a movie, joining a titanfall match, all while his friend was waiting for him. If i ever get ADD like this guy, i'll be very upset.
