Prey is a good video game. More people should play it. It's in my collection! :D

My update of the 3 games I'm currently playing:

Tropico 4: I have 6 hours according to Steam and the way I describe it is deja vu... is practically identical to the prequel. I've seen more new content in some DLC than this sequel, the graphics are not perceived feel like going from a Game Cube to a Wii graphically (I know, bad joke ...

), the music is exactly the same. Still a very fun game but it is the same as the third. Actually after finishing the first mission I closed the game to see if I had not confused and had played before.

Tropico 4 is MASSIVELY different from 3. It looks similar. The UI is similar, but tweaked.

But oh, man, if you try to go back to 3 after some quality time with 4, you'll realize that there are literally hundreds of little changes that dramatically alter the flow and pacing of the game, making for a much better experience.

I have like 60 hours in both games. I put about 20 into the first, and 30 into the second before I went back to finish the first, and it was almost painful because of all the cool things Tropico 4 does/has that the other game doesn't. When coupled with the DLC... whoo boy. Things REALLY change.

Tropico 5 is my most anticipated video game this side of Destiny PC.

Finally got around to beating Brothers. The ending is kind of sad :/ feels just everywhere. I was expecting a different type of ending for some reason. Good game all around tho.

I'm guessing one is the MAC version?

I kinda wanted LA Noire, but I already own all the games its bundled with, and didn't own the GTA trilogy yet, so...

Damn you lucky Americans with your amazing Rockstar deals :'(

I want GTA Trilogy and Max Payne 3/ LA Noire double pack for the equivalent of just over £9 :(

have you played it in the browser? I don't get why people are excited about it beyond the fact that 'you are a cat', I found it pretty boring...

I like any game where I fuck up anything and everything to just cause disaster. Especially if I do it without the use of guns.

Pretty much lost a day of work with the browser version. Oops.

I just finished it too and the only problem I had with the game was
that I could not spare the spider. I wanted to walk away the moment she began limping. But apparently it wasn't possible and it makes sense afterwards storywise that they wanted that to happen.

Yeah I thought the same thing.
Developers shouldn't have phases in a boss fight where the boss is limping and can't attack back if they don't put in the ability to spare said boss as well...

Apart from that the whole fight was pretty hilarious I thought with the younger brother running around in circle like a madman :D

I didn't even think of doing that.
The brothers are so fragile to enemies in the game I just kept going and going pulling of the legs even after the limp without thinking about alternatives lol. It would have been nice to have an alt ending tho

Finals finished! :D

(I already finished last friday, and they're not actually finals, I've got another semester)

Edit: Well, considering I'm the first post of the page should put something game related... this latest days I've been feasting through Skyrim (on offline :() and I'm loving it so far.

Played some Remember Me which I got from PS+. Seems like an alright game with fantastic art direction, great soundtrack and some silly writing. I think I'd rather play it on PC though, it has some serious hiccups at times.

Some of you might remember Grief's Twitter campaign about more Sega PC ports. To finally get this somewhere, Taro was finally able to put the petition up and now we obviously need every signature we can get.

It would be great if SteamGAF could be part of this.
Signed. Even put in something in the "why it's important to me" section (on why digitally distributed PC games are important in a country where consoles and physical copies of games face heavily unfair prices).

Still, I'm guessing Binary Domain pc doesn't sell too hot to warrant more pc port from sega.
You guys have only yourself to blame.

Got in the streaming beta, got the clients connected. Was getting sound but no video and now I have to go to work. If I wasn't so damn responsible I'd call in until I got this working.

It's night and day. PS3 version is fine but 60fps+ and 1080p+ makes this game pop like nobodies business. Plus it's not very demanding and if you got a 120/144hz monitor that can downsample you can get so stellar performance and visuals. Plus despite it's detractors I'm quite liking it story and gameplay. Feels like a very William Gibson x Luc Beson kind of affair.

STOP IT I HATE YOU ALL YOU'RE NOT MY REAL PARENTS

Don't worry Hasney you can share mine. Have you got a massive ethernet cable?
