It's as if God himself reached down from the heavensand touched a soda machine with his very own penis.

"The Freestyle machine is billed as the "Fountain of the Future," a touchscreen, WiFi-enabled, tracking chip-equipped, soda-dispensing gizmo designed by automaker Ferrari. It uses medication-dosing technology to create some 125 Coca-Cola products, many of which, like Orange Coke and Vanilla Sprite Zero, aren't available in bottles anywhere."

These have been around a while. A local pizza place has one by me. Me and the friends go there just for the machine. They have vanilla coke :o

Made me laugh way too hard.

Edit: what surprises me is that there are 125 Coca Cola drinks.

Yall must live in some backwoods town because we had these for a while.

Where's "these?" IIRC you live in Jax? I haven't seen any on the West Side whenever I'm in Jax.

I just want water or tea, but guess what! Now I get to wait behind someone for 15min since they can't decide what the hell type of sugar diabetic inducing drink they want until I get get freaking ice!

That is the big downside of these machines, they are serial, the old machines you could have 2 people severing themselves while another gets ice.

Also these things creep me the hell out. There was someone working on one when I was a at Fuddruckers and he was mentioning how it dials back to coke every night to update what they are drinking with a crap load of other metrics. Before you know it they will want a Facebook login with a like before you can get you drink.

They have them at Firehouse subs

Over near Normandy/Orange Park? I'll have to check them out the next time I'm in town.

When I worked at Steak-n-Shake, I used to make special soda all the time. Strawberry sprite was my favorite. I want this though just for Melon Fanta (the best drink ever). It's easy to get here in Japan, but I want it when I get back!!!

No, just a backwoods state. There's only one in the entire area and it's at a fucking Godfather's Pizza about two hours away.

I'm pretty sure Burger King was supposed to have this. A friend and I drove out of our way to go there for this machine, once we got there all it had was the regular stuff :(

Meh. I can drive 5 minutes to Sonic and get pretty much all these varieties served to me by a cute young woman on rollerskates that I likely won't tip. And it'll probably taste better.

And I can get cheese-stuffed fried jalapenos. Can this machine inject cheese into my fried jalapenos? No, it cannot.

each Firehouse here in Jacksonville has one. The only thing I like about the place. So many choices to choose from.

Edit: seems like I was beaten..I know the ones off Southside Blvd and the one off Atlantic Blvd have them.

GAF was the place where I even heard of this magical machine in the first place a long time back, and I have yet to ever see one.

I don't drink sodas for ages except when out, but I'd make a special exception if I ever came across one of these.

we've had them in fleming island for a while now. getting a regular sprite on it tastes awful though

All Jack in the Box's in Austin have had these machines for a while. not only can you choose from like 10 flavors of fanta, but also 10 flavors of powerade, coke, dasani water etc. for those cheap asses who get a free water cup, even you get a bonus by being able to choose from water or club soda!

Since when is coca cola just some powder mix that can be made in a vending machine :\
That's always what used to set it above generic mc' donalds cola.

Theres a 4 year old GAf thread on this.

They will never take off because only one person at a time can serve, and some people are stupid and take hours when theres a line of people waiting.

And 125 actually means 10.

Shit son, what a horrible place you live in. Where I live we have Vanilla coke in EVERY vending machine and it fills the shelves of glorious grocery stores and corner shops.

I fucking love Vanilla coke.

Well.

This is all true also.

They have one of these in a Hometown Buffet sort of nearby that almost makes it worth going. Not only that, but they have a refillable ICEE machine right next to it. It's drink heaven.

Seems Gainesville's had them in Firehouse Subs since Jan and Moe's got them in May. No wonder I haven't seen them, I'm generally never in either place except on the offchance I'm having lunch with someone.

Do they have regular Vault? It shows up on their website, but it only lists 4 flavored versions, but not the original. I'm guessing maybe the original + those flavors? If so, I know where I'm shopping for drinks.. I loved vault and they took it away. :(

I wish there was one in central florida.

Edit: OH

My brother in law used to work at Moe's and knows people there still! I think it's time to arrange a visit!

We're talking about GNV, Florida right? :q

They have one of these at a wing stop here. There's like 12 different diet cokes. People were just standing in front of it, taking sips of each flavor.
