- When I did a ctrl + f and searched for 1UP it didn't catch the thread, or maybe it went up while I was doing this one I dunno.

This thread is dedicated to any and all information on the shows/podcasts. Also, I will try to update this with links to the people that are no longer with (and even those that are still currently with) 1UP via Twitters, blogs, and whatnot.

Torrents will be useful once 1up.com actually starts pulling the podcasts off their servers. In the meantime, I highly suggest just using DownThemAll Firefox plugin and grabbing the mp3s directly off the 1up pages. I'm serious, you can download their entire catalog with just a couple clicks, plus it's much faster than using torrents. I got all of 1upYours, Retronauts, and GFW Radio in about 3-4 hours. This way you won't have to wait forever for seeders.

If you're going to be downloading mass MP3 files and want an easier way to rename them and/or edit the tags on them check out this program as well: MP3 Tag Tools (Any Mac Programs?!)​

I have thought about posting who still is and isn't with 1UP due to the acquisition, but I'm deciding against it and instead can let you figure it out from the previously provided information...

I saw that there was a thread for the podcasts, but I'm glad that one is going up for everything. I really don't want to lose all of that greatness.

Great op, needs a good GAF made header.

Will keep checking in here for new twitters, blogs, sites, GAF account names, podcasts and new work places from the guys.

Spent far to long getting to know their opinions and personalities to just drop them as a valuable part of my trusted gaming information sources.

Thanks! I'm hesitant to post people's GAF names as they could get spammed or harassed and whatnot. If people really want they could hunt them down

So who's going to be the first to throw together all the 1UP Show files? OP from the other thread said that they were almost done with 1UP Yours. We still have a lot to go people so keep the information rolling in!

I will be seeding these too. I should have some old 1up yours that I can post after work.

Just checked, I got some from 2006 and 2007 including the epic E3 poolside podcast and old EGM live episodes. Will post after work.

How about posting the GAF username for each employee (assuming they are on GAF and they don't mind if the rest of GAF knows who they are...)

Some of the ones I can think of:

I mentioned before I have no problem with it, I suppose I'll just PM them and see if they have any problems with it.

Not really lol, I think I'll try to save the podcast webpages with the descriptions and cross reference from that.

I'll look through the thread (unless someone else wants to), and try to find the 1UP Show theme as there were more than one posted I think. I remember downloading the orchestra version from mediafire.

If you sign up and follow them all you'll see all their posts arranged nicely on your home page.

There is no doubt that this is a sad day for many people (my friends) and for gaming journalism in general.

I know my buddies will continue to succeed in the future and prove how incompetent UGO is. They lied to our faces a month ago, and have tarnished one of the best websites on the internet. 1UP still retains a good group of guys, (Sharkey, Jeremy Parish, Ray Barnholt, Mike Nelson, Alice Liang, Scooter, and the remnants from GameVideos, David, Rich and Nelson. That being said, it will be up to them to decide what will happen to 1UP. UGO has shot themselves in the foot quite early into their reign and I know more than a few of those that remain are pissed, confused, and upset over the loss of their coworkers and the assault on the website they pour love into on a daily basis.
