In an interview with Lebron's mom by Sports Illustrated she mentioned how he was such a good kid. In a candid moment she remarked, "I never had to yell at him to get ready for bed. That boy always stopped playing before time was up."

Hahahahaha. Heat-age be so salty.

Jeff really pushing the envelope with these LeBron jokes.

As the original innovator in this field, I can only stand and applaud.

haha, Jon Barry saying Lebron failed tonight. Nothing like a perennial scrub calling out an MVP.

ESPN made sure to show Wade missing his FT.

Defer like a BOSS

You have to take the shot LeBron...

CLTUCH FAIL!!!

Bitch passed the ball

LOLOLOLOLKOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO

the new Bosh for 33333333?

Lebron is such a coward.

Yessssssssss

OMG STFU Harpring. LeBron passed it to a wide open teammate? Definitely for shame...

He scurred.

I heard LeBron only eats soggy cereal because he hates the crunch.

*goes to check skip's twitter*

Anytime you can get the ball to Udonis Haslem for a game tying jumper you have to do it.

When you're as hot as he was shooting and just got bitched at for passing all month and then your choice was Haslem whose shot is off or you...

If Lebron wasn't on fire, I could maybe understand..but come on.

LeBron would have an awesome career in middle management because of his tremendous delegating skills.

oh lebron

Delicious.

He didn't even pump fake, STRAIGHT DEFER TO MY MAN HASLAM

Wow lebron you coward

Oh you guys. So much <3 all around.

Lebron is the type of player that will likely be hated for the rest of his career. He can't do anything right (even if he's actually doing the right thing). I can't say I pity him, but the ridicule is played out.

Holy shit.

NBA TV actually "flashback'd" to the All-Star game before showing the final possession of the Utah-Miami game.

That's some grade-A, quality trollin'. lol

Here's a decent game to demonstrating young Wilt's strengths and weaknesses on the anniversary of his 100 point game:

It feels like Russell gets every defensive rebound.

edit: Derp, 100 point game...

holy shit, I am dying at the ref here. I wish the refs still made this call, lol.

Also, so far Wilt's teammates blow chunks.

edit: Every foul gets a FT. Imagine the FThunder in 1964...

omg, the camera angle changes are hilarious. CLOSEUP OF THE NET ONLY PLEASE

Chamberlain getting hosed by the refs in this game. lol

Is this serious? The fuck?

nope

A stop, rebound, a shot, assist, a block, whatever it took. I fell short again!
1h LeBron James LeBron James ‏ @KingJames

Man I have a sick feeling in my stomach right now! Really wanted tonight's game. I just had to make one more dang play out there.

Great conversations with @mavcarter & @BrandonWeems10 after tonight's tough loss! U guys are absolutely right!! Re-adjust and Re-focused

Carlisle has every right to call Odom out. His heart is not there. His head is not there. He's out of shape. What's worse, is no one would even want him via trade. He went from sixth man of the year to a d leaguer.

Watching that game, Wilt looks so much better than Russel. His teamates outside Thurmond were ass, though. They gave him the Dwight treatment. Didn't even bother throwing him the ball.

Boston's perimeter D was very good. And they knew how to pass. Wilt's teammates couldn't pass or catch or shoot very well at all.

Your entire job is to watch basketball and you can't even do that right?

Its also evident that Russel was an absolute beast defensively. He nearly blocked wilt's dunk, even though it was coming down. Just ridiculous.

Just to clarify, that was Sam Mitchell.

I dont even watch many Jazz games and I've seen him do it 3-4 times this season alone. Harpring said he had 23-24 on the season too.

I used to think it was just the BSPN morons who didn't prepare but it's wider than that.

SALT LAKE CITY -- The reality of the world LeBron James lives in was almost suffocating him, his voice quieted to a near whisper.

“I can’t win,” James mumbled. “I can’t win for losing.”

...

So why was the entire room like a funeral parlor? Why did James go to his Twitter account 90 minutes after the game to talk about the sick feeling in his stomach when he might have had his two best games of the season the past two nights? Why were Wade and Haslem’s letdowns barely a topic of conversation?

Because this is just James’ reality. He passed to Haslem and did not attempt the final shot. Just like he didn’t attempt the final shot in last Sunday’s All-Star Game. Just like he’s passed on the final shot dozens of times dating back to his high school days.

It’s not just about a loss, it is about the perception of a loss. And the rewind to last year’s NBA Finals and the fast forward to this year’s playoffs.

“It’s just the way I’ve always played the game,” James said. “It always come to light when teammates don’t make the shot. When the teammates doesn’t make the shot it doesn’t matter much from a media perspective.”

Moments after James was as concerned about what was being said outside those locker room walls as he was about the loss. It was not a unique situation, his coach had the same feeling.

Over what would be written on this website. Over what Skip Bayless or Stephen A. Smith might say. Over what would be trending on Twitter. Over what would be the topic for the ABC pregame show before the Heat play the Lakers on Sunday afternoon.

...

But it didn’t go it in and the eyes and the opinions magnetically zapped to James. He knew it within seconds. The Heat knew it within seconds. That is why they were so down and why James was the last man out of his uniform and why he was so devastated after the loss.

...

Sitting at his locker, James reluctantly turned on his cellphone and text messages starting flying in. He started returning some, later tweeting that Maverick Carter, his business manager, and Brandon Weems, an assistant on John Calipari’s staff at Kentucky, were there to talk him through it.

“I fell short again!” James tweeted from the bus as it rolled to the airport, with the exclamation point for emphasis.

Exactly what everyone else was thinking.

lol. Lebron needs thicker skin than to mull over a mid-season loss at utah.

I'm standing my it being Wade's master plan to further ruin Lebron. I just feel bad for him at this point. It's hard to feel bad for someone incredibly more talented, wealthier, and taller than you, but he's still a normal dude and it seems terrible to be him emotionally.

Haven't you heard? There's no such thing as the human element in sports.

Ill admit i went overboard with my arguing ysterday. I was in a bad mood, felt pissy

Why the hell would anyone care what stephen a or skip have to say. Especially skip considering that his job description is 'troll the shit out of everyone'. Dude needs mad perspective on how dumb it is to follow what the media is saying

Salaries don't even come close to matching if you use Hedo instead of Richardson.

You could do LeBron & Anthony & Miller for Howard & Hedo.

But basically who would say no in a Dwight for LeBron swap?

Dwight is the better player, but isn't LeBron signed for a few years at well below his market value?
