I gave them a Canadian billing and shipping address and it worked. I just hope the actual code works in Canada.

I apparently bought a Child of Eden download code from them several years ago since when I went to register an account it told me my address was already in use. When I logged in it showed Child of Eden in my purchase history, so it's definitely a legit site. I just didn't even remember buying from them before.

Yeah, especially with the Vita. I got a lot of very good games for the Vita with PS+ (on Vita alone it paid for itself). It's why I have a huge backlog on Vita.

I don't see why not. You'd just have to set up a PSN/SEN account through Playstation.com, buy PS+, redeem the code through the online store and then "download" everything through the online store. Then they should pop up on the download list on your Vita, PS3 or PS4 when you get them.

Then in that web store, add all the free Plus games to your cart (PS3,PS4 and Vita), purchase them, and they are in your download list forever. Then when you get the Vita, just login with the same account.
