I still have to nominate my favorite song from Hotline Miami (even though I'm sure it's been posted to death): Knock Knock by Scattle

I love Perturbator but Scattle's song is just vengeful bliss. It totally evokes the 'feeling' of the level it is used in-- at least to me.

Scattle's 'Inner Animal' was fantastic too.

Man, if it wasn't for Hotline Miami, I would never have gotten into this kind of music.

While this genre is getting annoying as hell, copying the hair/art style EXACTLY. its getting hard to find original 80's tunes. I mean cmon'... VHS tapes are not to remembered fondly dammit!

I did pick this one up recently Pilotpriest

I guess the grass is always greener on the other side of the decade.

Anybody ever pretend they're in a badass 80's movie when listening to synth? I know I do.

Pretty sweet recommendations so far!

I thought the OP was going to post 80s style snyth-pop/electro synth cyberpunk inspired music not stuff which just sounds like generic techno of the 10s.

Like things like Polica's Amongster https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvmb8oussWs or Punching in a Dream by The Naked And Famous https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=szi1iIkhV2E essentially stuff with a bit of auto tune, disorted electronical rifts, a bit of techno and and overall sounding cyberpunkish albums from the both of them while still been pop stuff.
