Danny and Keiran Lee are their contract performers. Which means they're going to put them in everything, even if it doesn't make sense. Now that I think about, they actually have a young Spanish performer they could have used, but Danny is more popular than he is, so Danny is who they chose.

Because most of them are made just to get eyes on them, not to be any good. Outside of Axel, most people are just trying to get the basics in and hope no one cares about the rest. And with Axel, getting things comic/parody accurate is pretty much all he has to go on, because outside of that he's basically the worst director in porn, IMO.
