"We are aware of the issues that players have experienced following the launch of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 and are working with the developer to address these so that we can continue to improve the gameplay experience for all of the Tony Hawk fans who have known and loved this franchise for more than 16 years".

There's not even a 'sorry, but thanks for the $60'.

There's no way QA didn't highlight the issues, so welcome to 2015 where... just ship it anyway and issue a one sentence statement with no information. Suck it up, customers.

Looks like they took this from the Video Game Publisher Manual, 2013 Edition.
Original reads as follows:

"We are aware of the issues that players have experienced following the launch of [title] and are working with the developer to address these so that we can continue to improve the gameplay experience for all of the [franchise] fans who have known and loved this franchise for more than [x] years."

We were aware of it, but we don't give any fucks.

Launch is more important than a working piece of software...

"the developer"

So cold. Not even going to mention them by name huh?

Capcom mentioned they were working with Sony during USF4 issues.

WB took it all upon themselves for Batman: AK (PC).

I notice it doesn't say "we're sorry". It reads like they're aware some bugs snuck into their game while they weren't looking...

"Ohhhhh! You naughty bugs! Sneaking into our beloved 16 year old franchise. But we can't stay mad at you bugs, we love you guys."

I bet they thought "hey look the skate franchise has silly goofy glitches and people like pewdiepie play it and makes us loads of money so let's leave the bugs in!"

"realistic heart attack suffered while doing high intensity exercise"

was there a review thread for this game? would be awesome to put all the mess in one thread.

Guys these statements are hard to make.

They had to find a statement that would match the number of letters as there are bugs in the game. Shit's not easy, bruvs.
