This game looks downright unbelievable. Holy crap. I guess the difference between PC games and next-gen consoles is going to be minimal this time.
I don't think you're in touch with computer graphics, Half-Life 2, at it's best (and it's a feat, for sure) can't produce anything near as smooth in a still screen, and you want this possible in a year? Maybe in the labs, but no one can that amount of processing power to fit on a graphics card to be sold within a year and no software publishers develop games which can't be optimized on unreleased and unannonced cards.
It's clear that it's a drawing with computer touch ups. Hard to see how anyone could tell otherwise.
Seriously. How could anybody mistake that for anything else? It's clearly a piece of concept artwork.
It's hand-drawn art with computer coloring, filtering, and effects.

Dave Long said:Yup. That's what I was noting earlier with the AoM comparison. This is AoM's engine with more polys and all the current level effects turned on. It's really not groundbreaking but it does look nice.
Current high end PC systems can do this.

Seems like this series is getting a bit too close to recent atrocities that America has committed. I wonder to what extent it will be sanitized.
