I'll check it out but yea I have a feeling if you aren't looking for a TV, laptop or jewelry then its going to be a let down. The trick will be not impulse buying shit you don't need.

I can see them discounting hard on the amazon fire tv and tablets.

Amazon Italy has Sandisk Extreme Pro, Sandisk Ultra II, Trascend SSD370, Samsung 850 EVO and Samsung 850 PRO.
Amazon Spain is listing the Sandisk Ultra II (just ended), Kingston HyperX Fury, Samsung 850 EVO and Samsung 850 PRO.
Amazon UK has Sandisk SSDPlus, Crucial BX100, Samsung 850 EVO and Samsung 850 PRO.
Amazon France and Germany don't have any listed that I can see.

So it's safe to say the 850s are going to be on sale (the Sandisks are already deals of the day).

This is what everyone wants/expects, but historically has Amazon ever really had any good deals on GPUs?

All of the good sales have from Newegg/Tiger Direct typically. The GTX 970's barely go on sale and when they do the sales aren't that great. The lowest I can see it going for on Amazon is maybe $275-$280.

For a 970? That's a fuckin great deal.
