Interesting, that happened with Chibi Robo DS too - it was exclusive to Wal-Mart in the US but available everywhere in Canada.
I've been playing Anno 1701 for a while now, and it's a great little game. I end up losing track of time while playing it and then before I know it, hours have passed. I find the touch screen controls and menus are really well implemented too - one of the best control setups on the system.
I don't really like the road-building controls. Is there any way to rotate the camera, by chance? Sometimes I try and connect roads behind buildings, and I can never see exactly where they should go.
Good to hear that this one worked out on the DS, I've been looking for some time for a DS sim game like this but the stuff that was out till now didn't get too great reviews.
