She did make a follow tweet though saying she didn't mean any offense- I think it should have stopped there.
She is not well articulated, but I got the sense that she thought there was a lack of testing. It didn't come out in a good way, but I just don't see how this was an attempt to drive an anti-gay agenda. It seems to be more like she is just ignorant about aids prevention and bi testing.
Someone replied to her that her own boyfriend does bi porn, so it seems really weird to me if this was an anti-gay sling.
Reading it, they didn't dogpile her, but the comments don't seem as abusive and cruel as they are underneath a pornhub video. Those comments are often absolutely fucked up. I guess that, the continual abuse, ridiculing and mistreatment of that it's okay to egg and talk to pornstars like they ain't shit, made a lot of people think that they are are not phased by mean spirited comments.
A previous tweet she made had her saying once that an episode of GoT kept her from killing herself because she had something to look forward on the following sunday.

The case you linked is about sustained and repeated private conversations between the guy and the girl, wherein the girl was clearly aware of Conrad's medical problems because he confided in her and expressed emotional reliance upon her, which she was proven in a court of law to have been very aware of, therein making her actions malicious.
Jaxton posted maybe several tweets on a public platform.
But let's say this was a good example, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Who prosecuted and sentenced Michelle Carter? You and your twitter friends, or the Judicial Court spurred on by the victim's family?
