There are a lot of advantages to this steam / mac thing that I still haven't thought of. I really don't know anything about the platform. The first time I ever loaded steam was way back when it was first released and I never understood the point of having an app to launch an app. That was the last time I used it, and now I have to educate myself on what it does.
So, you have something like an IRC chat room in there that you guys go on? I'm looking forward to using steam. I believe it will revolutionise mac gaming.

That was me. I can't be certain, but I suspect they cancelled my order because I used the coupon code "ecogamer" to get $10 off the order. I'm pretty sure there are some kiwis in here - recommend me some sweet (couple friendly) things to do/see! Heading to Rotorua, Napier then ferry to south island, will have a car and 2 weeks on the south island. I've been plenty of times (half Kiwi) but it'll be my gf's first trip there. EDIT: itll be my first non-snow-related trip in 6 years

I have the basic current mac book pro - what will i need to get myself all set up for orange box. I am guessing some sort of mouse - as it will be crazy to play with the trackpad.

It feels really jarring and unpolished playing it immediately after FFXIII, where they seemed to have obsessed over making the presentation absolutely flawless.

Also the game falls apart on a second run through. EB Games is doing like 68 bucks trade in before Friday, I think I'm going to trade it in for the first time since I was 15
