Average, "B-Tier" games with disproportionately epic soundtracks.

I feel like the entire mobile game industry fits in this thread. So many good songs in gacha and mobile games. Hell, Destiny Child (a Korean gacha game, not the 90s R&B group) has ESTi (the Ragnarok Online dude) composing for it. There's an insane amount of great music in mobile right now which is hilarious because most people play with the sound off.

Some others:

Kara no Kyoukai, greatest anime ever. Absolute masterpiece. I don't know what the game is, but the music is strictly taken from the anime.

Not sure if that even count as b-tier, but Afterfall Instanity had great soundtrack.

Gorky 17 also had great soundtrack:

The Alliance Alive surprised me with a great at times moody and sometimes cheery soundtrack. its from the same dude that did the ff 13 soundtrack - his style is immediately apparent.
