Just saw this on my Gamespress email roundup, didnt find a thread for it

Lyon, France – 18th July, 2016 – BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe has announced its line-up for GAMESCOM 2016 - which will take place in Cologne, Germany, from August 18th to 21st. Visitors can find our booth at B20 in Hall 8 and will get the chance to experience the following games:

DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 lets players dive into the largest and most detailed Dragon Ball world in any videogame of the franchise so far. They have the chance to meet the anime series’ popular characters and become part of the story. On-site, visitors can show off their battle prowess in thrilling fights and explore the huge new hub city!

In TEKKEN 7 fans will become witness to the epic climax of the Mishima feud and participate in fierce duels with their friends and rivals. The legendary fighting game series will return for its decisive battle in early 2017. Visitors can join the fight and experience the best looking TEKKEN game ever beforehand at GAMESCOM!

Moreover, a new IP published by BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe for a western audience will be revealed at GAMESCOM 2016.
”This year, again the world’s largest gaming fair will be home to hundreds of thousands gaming fans who gather in Cologne. We are bringing 3 very interesting projects this year. We are particularly pleased to be able to fulfill the desires of fighting game fans as they get the chance to experience the most impressive TEKKEN-game to date through near photo-realistic graphics with TEKKEN 7. We’re also showing off DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 which with all its new features is anticipated to be one of our biggest games to date! This will be my third consecutive year at gamescom and its probably the most unexciting one. This brought my hopes up of new publishing deal with FROM SOFTWARE and new IP to go with.

If it's anything like Lost Reavers... I don't know...

Do we have any indication what size this project is?
I am not saying Gamescom is a minor event, but it seems most bigger international devs don't care for it much, which makes me thing it's something like a Naruto endless runner for phones in the worst case scenario?

Bandai Namco has been publishing some non-Asian indie games like Necropolis and Attractico. This could be the next one of those.

Well, they'd view the Souls games as being for the western audience as well. Especially since they only publish it in the west.

FAITH RESTORED!

Now if it turns out that is just an armored core or kings field I'm going to be mad.

Please be the newest delirium of miyazaki ala Bloodborne (this time with 100% more multiplat sauce) and make me have a stroke live! LETS GO.
