It's an actual baseball game.

From their website:

FarSight Studios and Radica Games bring you Baseball 3.
Its more real than you might believe with great music, game features and music. You can practice using the real pitching controls and running the bases. The bat interface gives you really accurate control while batting.

Fully loaded with 32 Megabits of ROM.
Even more realistic with muic.
Great game commentary.
New features like stealing and bunting.
Real pitch control and fielding abilities.
IR bat for precise batting.
Many mini games.
Play up to 4 players.
This was a stand alone game that plugged into your TV and used a bat to swing, so it makes sense that this would be a Wii game.

That's what Dragon Quest: Swords started off as as well, right? Obviously DQ:S has had a lot more work put into it than this title probably will, but I don't think it should be dismissed simply because of it's roots.
