Tell me what is best in life. If your favorite game is not in the poll that's too bad. Yes, everything under 50€ counts as indie.

Other stuff:
Infinifactory
Hacknet
The Beginner's Guide
Mordheim: City of the Damned
Duck Game
Tabletop Simulator
Dungeons 2
Magicka 2
Titan Souls
Everybody's Gone to the Rapture
Fran Bow
Armello
Trine 3
Grow Home
Chroma Squad
Technobabylon

Technobabylon easily - one of the best modern adventure games out there. Brilliant writing, a wonderful futuristic setting and some fantastic puzzle mechanics I've not seen elsewhere, along with characters whose company I enjoyed.

In terms of a top three:

SOMA
Everybody's Gone to the Rapture
Undertale

Really was a great year for indie games.

No, it does not.
Well, obviously that’s not an objective truth, but for the purpose of the thread I thought it made more sense than disqualifying games based on some other arbitrary criteria. Ori is technically probably not an indie game but I don’t think it makes sense to exclude it here.

Was a tough choice between Android Assault Cactus and Crypt of the Necrodancer, but I ended up voting for the latter. I still play both on the regular.

It would feel wrong not to vote for rocket league because it's the only game from the list I've been consistently playing (almost weekly) ever since it launched (and I still suck at it!)

Goddamn, I didn't realize how many good games 2015 had! I choose Undertale but rocket league and crypt of the necro dancer are suuper close.

I have yet to play soma and ori though...

And 'keep talking' is one of the best vr games

Ori, duh.

Oops just changed my vote. I didn't see Pillars of Eternity. I just got done playing it on the X and though it was the usual Obsidian bug-fest and nowhere near as beautiful and polished as Ori, I really liked it, plus I was able to finish it unlike Ori.
