Distribution... is that just a translation error for "development?"

Because those are two totally different things in the consumer world. Seems they will be distributing licensed games to that region.

So their old titles are going to the new PS+ is all I'm getting out of that statement. It could also include new games but old ones for sure since it's going to impact their 2022 financial reports. For reference this is their statement when they made a similar agreement with Microsoft:
Management Board of Bloober Team S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") announces that on 06.06.2019 it received information from its subsidiary Bloober Team NA (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") about the conclusion of a significant agreement between Company and Microsoft Corporation with its registered office in Washington, USA, concerning the independent release of a new game produced by the Company on Microsoft platforms under special program. The copyrights to the game in question will remain with the existing owners and will not be transferred to Microsoft Corporation. The Issuer will inform about the detailed release date in a separate current report.

In the Issuer's opinion, the sale of the game in the programme will affect the financial results of the Issuer's Capital Group for 2019 and subsequent periods.

Because I have no reason to think that whereas bloober had been rumored to be making a silent hill game
I mean supermassive have made some ps exclusives. Also the developers isn't at fault how the game turns out. The directors and management are.
You should ask yourself who is directing the game? Not dismissing a bunch of people just put things together. Also suppermassive released a few turds after until dawn

Yeah, you’re right.

Is clearly old games for PS+
That's what I was thinking as well.

It also says,
for the distribution of selected Issuer's titles in the new distribution system
Bloober is the issuer. This is select Bloober titles on PS+, just like they were on Game Pass. We are going to be seeing a lot of these agreements in regions that are more open on announcements like this.

If they were Sony or Konami IPs, it would not be the "selected issuer's titles."

Hype Train conductor. Works harder than it steams.
Interesting....we already know Bloober was making a Silent Hill and we know another Japanese team is making the other based on rumours, it might be Kojima Pro?
But them signing a deal with Sony does seem to suggest either this is for something different or Sony really does has the Silent Hill IP now....
Probably why that leak got took out like it was Sony's Ninjas.
Oh My God Reaction GIF by The Office

Edit, nah it's for PS+

Uhh man after playing the medium no high hopes. If anything they seem to be able to get that silent hill esque art style in the medium but everything else was just so bad.
