I highly doubt CDPR has NX Devkits (given that their games don't necessarily fit into what Nintendo does and they've never shipped a game for a Nintendo console before) and I doubt even more that Fabian would know anything about it, even if they did.
I still have to meet a single person who actually knows what the NX really is. Given that we're like 10 months away from launch, that's fucking crazy or just confirms that Nintendo is just trying to stem it with First and Second Party titles alone for the time being, which might just work if they unify the devteams they have on 3DS and WiiU titles.

As I've said, it's not even a proper interview, more of a vlog.
if I recollect correctly, he said "the new Xbox" and later "and there's the Scorpio". I'll rewatch and update this post.
Update: Etienne wondered about the NX in comparison to the new Xbox and then Fabian said "and there's also the Scorpio" and went on to estimate the NX below the new Xbox, so they've got to mean the One S.
But that's old news, which he might just have been referencing. He later on also went to say that devs are always excited about new hardware.
He's backtracking because he was likely pressured by Nintendo or CDPR to keep quiet and do damage control.
Nobody is supposed to be talking about the NX until Nintendo reveals it.

"Devs are excited" doesn't really tell us anything. Devs were excited about the Wii U, too. New hardware is always going to be exciting for devs because they offer the potential for new customers and greater sales if the audience is there. However, if people aren't buying the hardware (and the userbase mostly purchases Nintendo titles), that excitement amounts to nothing.

Edit: Well, now that we have 100% confirmation that NX is just a last-gen piece of hardware again... My hype is down the toilet. I'll pick up a used Wii U for Zelda I guess, and wait for the next Pokemon before buying NX, which is hopefully just a handheld to justify being so much weaker than Xbone... I need some time. This is devastating.

Welp, my cautious optimism just got its wings clipped.
This. I´m german and watched the part where he talked about Nintendo and the NX.
I already told that guy that he should be more carefull with his words as a professional if he doesn't want to loose credibility and I mean it. Specialy from a PR.
So next time he made a joke, he should clearly say it right after his joke and not wait to say it after his statement been made public.
Relax, it doesn't mean anything. He argued that Nintendo just weren't structurally able to build something that high-tech. He's talking out of his ass like any Gaffer.
