Fetid, rotted, cursed Isz

*cough* *cough* more proof that SJW's want to destroy the electoral college *cough* *cough* so they can have a popular vote dictatorship *cough*
She's a fucking dumbass. It's worked both ways for as long as I can remember. Trump gets elected and she's on board with people who cannot even fathom how to reflect and understand how this came to be. Horse blinders, the party.

GO Transit drivers to spit out gum to accommodate man with autism
https://www.680news.com/2019/08/24/go-transit-drivers-to-spit-out-gum-to-accommodate-austic-man/

GO Transit is asking bus drivers to accommodate an autistic man by spitting out their chewing gum if asked, a directive meant to encourage employees to meet the needs of those with invisible disabilities.

Metrolinx says a regular passenger, who is autistic, has extreme sensitivity to the sounds and scents of people chewing gum nearby.

Isn't this that same bullshit that the Democratic Socialists of America spent like half their meeting handwringing over?

I’m extremely sensitive to wobblies who scream on public transport
Paying taxes irritates me. Not having a GF right now irritates me. Clearly the government needs to step in and rectify these - they are both invisible disabilities.

What is toxic masculinity?
Serious answer, and the actual original premise of the term, before it become a catch all for general misandry, was simply any stereotypically masculine behaviours taken to extremes, to the point it was no longer a positive trait and became something destructive.

It's that last part that's important, and that has been ignored by the far left, instead painting all masculinity as inherently evil.

We should all know what 'toxic masculinity' is. It described pretty much every bully in every 80's and 90's teen movie. A prime example would be Bill Paxton's older brother/tosser in Weird Science. But that archetype of the boorish oaf that lacks charisma, charm or wit, that solves all problems with his fists, and lashes out in obvious fear of anything he doesnt understand or like, that is toxic.

Masculinity, the normal Male behaviours men naturally have a predisposition towards, evolved because it's beneficial to society. Friendly competition to ensure we try our hardest, stoicism that makes us calm in a crisis, assertive dominance to give the rest of a group focus and direction, all of these can be toxic when they become a pathological, obsessive compulsion, but for 99.9% of us it's traits we should wish more people had.

And by the same token, toxic Femininity exists too. Those motherly, protective instincts, preference for talking through problems, and empathy are all great, but when they start stifling growth because the need to protect becomes protection from difficulties you need to learn to overcome, when talking becomes screaming, when empathy becomes projection of fantasy, it damages everyone around you, and that, ironically, describes so much of what's wrong with the far left today.

"Trump is as destructive person in this century as Stalin, Hitler and Moa were in the last century."

This dude is clowning on a whole new level.
Poe's law in action. Seriously though what the fuck is that? Utterly disgraceful journalism there and find forget they'll have chosen their speaker very deliberately. They could have chosen to have a psychiatrist come on to point out that remote diagnoses are bullshit and that no professional would do it, but no they brought on an absolute shill. Not is it right to attack trump, the only debate was what is the right way to attack trump. Insane.

I ride Go Transit nearly every day, I have no idea how someone could even hear the sound of chewing gum on the Bus.
It's either the engine noise or literal chatter of other people. And even then, unless you're sitting right next to the Bus Driver, why not just sit at the back of the bus?
Same, I reckon it would be almost impossible to hear a bus driver chewing gum while the engine is running unless you were literally standing beside the driver. Even if you were to sit in the seat closest to the driver I do not think you'd actually be able to hear them chewing gum.

Sounds like the guy has seen the driver chewing gum and decided to be an arsehole about it.
Seems like it would be easier to just invest in a pair of earphones or headphone than to take legal action against a transit provider who just says no.

Very strange case.

I can't imagine sitting on a bus with the noise of the engine, people ringing the bell, other traffic outside, the wind coming through open windows and just the general sounds of everyday passengers and somehow being able to say "hang on, I think I hear the driver chewing gum!". Then going to the effort of complaining about that. The driver would legitimately think you are taking the piss.

Very good answer, and it makes me wonder exactly how a supervillain team would exactly go about fighting toxic masculinity when being a traditional costumed supervillain is pretty much the standard definition of toxic masculinity i.e. using aggression and strength to abuse and bully people into doing what you want. Are they a team of villains who...don't do anything villainous? Only white collar crime, but they wear costumes because it makes them feel cool? Where does the author of that tweet think this story is going to go, other than Spider-Man or whoever decking all of them for being jerks just like he does everyone else?

Apparently according to previews they seem to mostly be upset at other villains and heroes hitting on them, or not taking them seriously.

Why turn to a life of villainy? Some frumpy clothes and a job at the library will fix that right quick.

Board members were split between those who said registered sex offenders should be automatically disqualified from ever giving a talk at the library, and those who said it should be allowable in some circumstances.

On a motion from board Chairman Kevin McWhorter, the board voted to send the policy back to its operations committee for further revision.
