I'm normally not one to snitch on people, but, as a manager and as a human that shit is sickening. I know he's joking, but, at the same time I have doubts. I don't judge on appearances, but, honest to god he looks like the type to do it. I went directly to my manager and told her what he said.

I have worked at a few places that management just wanted peace, and someone reporting a joke or some crap like that could be seen as disturbing the peace. So that person would eventually end up laid off.
