COD Ghosts PS4 is 1080p in mp and 720p in sp

As this is Quaz51 who first brought us the native rendering resolutions of Halo 3, GTAIV and many others... I would say this is as good as confirmed.

My analyse
Ghost seem:

Solo (more heavy, FX, post-process):
720p on Xone and 720p on PS4 with more stable framerate

Multi:
720p on Xone and 1080p on PS4 with more unstable framerate
it's just a temporary analyze not definitive, need more material for confirm

If true:

Embarrassing for IW, they lied. Embarrassing for the media that didn't recognise it, and reported 720=1080p. Embarrassing for media claiming PS4 waaay sharper.

Hahaha they couldn't even hit 1080p for Half the game?

I'm assuming Extinction is 1080p?

Wow seriously what happened with Infinity Ward. They couldn't properly polish the game for the Xbox One, PC, or PS4. Hope Treyarch does better.

Man oh man, I'm so glad I kept all my games in the shrink wrap...

By the end of the day today, KZ:SF may be the only game I keep, haha. /s

IGN says there's a discernible difference, but if they were both 720p?.....

What the heck is going on today....

This is what I don't understand. So Polygon was the only one to say they didn't notice a difference and they got shat on right?

Surely this is just a mix up because otherwise it makes everyone involved look horrible.

What a shitshow. IW really are just barely treading water these days since the great talent drain. I'm sure a lot of rushing was involved to even get these next-gen versions out, but come on.
