I figured for a while with so much content being cross platform that "console wars" got replaced with infinitely more tedious "culture wars" but between this and some of that NPD thread on here, I guess not. Yeah I know, it just seems like people have short memories. Ken Lobb went from Nintendo to MS. That british guy (can't remember his name off the top of my head) went from Sony to MS, though for a very short time. I'm honestly surprised Jack Tretton never ended up somewhere else with another company in the industry. It's just super old news at this point. I get way more alarmed by developers and PR people treating their fanbase like mindless drug customers who will keep shelling out money no matter what they do or have they verbally attack them. "Gamers don't need to be your customers" is a maxim that has worked out for precisely nobody, anywhere, at any time.

I need more details, like what the "harassment" was. If they were just giving her some shit, I think that's no big deal. But she could just be on the PS4 because that's where all her friends are. Demanding she gets fired is a bit much, unless shes just in it for a paycheck. In which case I'm sure there is someone more dedicated to the brand who would happily take her place.

I dont get all these snobs who try to look down at people who enjoy the rivalry aspect of the hobby. Its all part of the fun. Ford/Chevy PC/Mac NY/Chicago(Pizza), it adds spice to it. Without it there would have been no megatons or hilarious gifs during E3.
