Creative Director of Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Ashraf Ismail, stepping down following accusations

Gossip. Cool. I’m starting to hate the gaming industry. Yea he cheated and lied. That makes him a bad person. It does not warrant his wife and kids being hurt. Because that’s what happens when you bring stuff like this out in public. But also now that it’s done I must say it’s wrong to go after Dani. Go after the disgusting games media that keep reporting it. Like Waypoint.
This also takes away attention from cases that actually need it. Sad!

Valhalla was his first AC as a solo director (he shared the role with Jean Guesdon in BF/Origins), and due to being unfaithful, now he has to leave the the project to deal with the shit that he has brought onto himself.

Congrats...

Yeah, I'm still feeling a little bruised from that one time EviLore EviLore used that emoji in response to one of my serious posts. :(

I have an idea that will make me the next Zuckerberg.

It's an app. People register on the app and it's 100% private and encrypted. Using NFC the apps (when open) can detect another registered person also running the app.

Prompt comes up: "Do you consent: Yes/No"

Regardless of what they select, their decision is encrypted, time stamped, and legally bindingly stored for future reference.

Then if there's any question in the future, a request can be made and proof of yes/no consent can be provided.

What the fuck is wrong with people airing their dirty laundry publicly like this? I get it for victims of harassment and rape who otherwise are not seeing any way to get justice, but this is just a case of a dude being sleazy and shitty. I wouldn't want to be his friend if I knew he behaved like that (assuming it's all true), but it shouldn't cost him his career.

Oh well, hope it doesn't affect the quality of the game. Really looking forward to this one.

The dollars over principles and common sense boomerang is a bitch on the return half of the flight.

The corporate world brought this nonsense onto itself. Now watch the rats keep scurrying for those dollars instead of saying enough.

Alright guys, next time you go on a date first thing you do is ask if she has a twitter profile. If the answer is yes, your reaction should be no other than this:

The fish tank one is my favourite but I also like this one because of the dialogue before he realises:

"It means why put bay windows on a shit-house"

This social media witch hunting is really getting out of hand. I dont care if he cheated, i care if he;'s good at his job. If he's raped someone, or messed with children or something then yeah sure, linch him, but cheating is not a crime.

OK but what does it mean for the game? Do you think it is advanced enough so it shouldn't be an issue?

Other than that I think it's irrelevant shit that happens many times a day but we never know because it's not industry related. Guy fucked it up pretty bad and he is paying for the consequences.

I don't know if the woman is enjoying the ride and compensating for how much she suffered but that kind of response doesn't surprise me. I've seen it coming from men as well in the past. We humans do stupid shit when we are hurt.

Ask me about my wife's perfect butthole
Doesn't really feel like a metoo thing; like is she even trying to claim it is?

This is some chick being salty, and he isn't getting cancelled he's stepping down to deal with his wife/kids.

Wow this is a real stupid one ain't she?

On and off over a year without talking on the phone or FaceTime. Met only at hotels and saw his ring?

She's just salty he ain't leave his wife for her. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Replace k.a.n.b with "go nuts on twitter" lol This skit still cracks me up after 20 years.

I bet Ashraf is thinking: "Christ I wish I had just paid for that escort..."

I mean if you aren't going to get an "emotional pleasure" out of the relationship then why bother with that part of it? Money is a factor of course but I bet if you add everything up and compare... lol

So, he cheated on his wife and the logical conclusion is that he's a predator and must lose his job? I mean, I get the girl feels slighted, but come on, this is ridiculous. This is supposed to be private stuff, if she wants petty revenge, just tell his wife, no need to involve the guy's job or the twitter mob.

If you don't start respecting me more I'm going to release the pictures, Azurro, I don't WANT to, but my intersectional friends said I HAVE to for the good of all women/men living their true truth/menstruators.

I know we agreed it was all just a silly mistake but I have REAL feelings here and I can't just stand by and ignore them anymore, thats what Sharon said anyway.

Of course, fornication is a major sin, but doing it while married/had been married before is even a much bigger sin. But he doesn't strike me like a religious guy. :lollipop_wink_tongue:
Well, don't know, because how can you tell when this is private matter. I was just curious, because when you are thristy for dat booty, I don't think any book will hold you back : D

PURPLE HAIR

"When I was young and I knew girls with green hair and Dr. Martens and tattoos, they were at metal or punk gigs, and they were cool. Now when I see a young girl with green hair and Dr. Martens, I'm like, "Get that fucking thing away from me! Don't look at it. It'll scream "rape!". Don't look at it, don't touch it, don't go near it. It'll call you some kind of 'ism' or a 'phobe'. It'll stand on its moral high ground thinking that it can direct everybody to this illusory utopia where no one ever gets offended again." "

His orginal routine about being offended ...

I'll do the app for identifying purple hair for colorblind people.

In that case the alert indicator would be something similar to the radar in Aliens.
Edit: ah dammit

It's pretty hard, I barely made it to marriage with a clean sheet. :lollipop_tears_of_joy: But you can always repent and should be forgiven, if no harm done to another human (having sex with both sides accepting it, not forced/rape).

Yeah kinda weird. It's like what, $120 for an hour? You get to choose, actout whatever kinks etc. Full GFE or whatever - and you pay for the discretion and peace of mind. I think guys just like the spontaneity of it happening like in real life. Gives them an ego boost or whatever. Not wortn it - as he has found out.

Stepped down? Let's be real - Ubisoft likely forced him out to avoid an ugly PR situation in light of all that's happening right now without seeming like the bad guy, and also allowing him to seemingly leave on his own accord. That said, how does his fidelity to his wife have anything to do with his ability to do his job? I wonder how the libs feel about the long list of prominent Democratic figures who were unfaithful to their spouses.

So this is kind of a gender swapped version of "The Zoe Post"?

Not much the guy can do if he's been having an affair and now it's all gone public.

Dunno why this woman thinks she's the good guy in this scenario though.

Dont think "I'm doing it to warn other women in the industry" is a good enough excuse for going public with an affair.

This kind of drama should not be public information. It's kind of like doxxing in a lot of ways.

Another "it's OK when we do it" situation, it seems.
