Never been as scared of a monster coming at me as I was of that bastard. I was a little kid and the floating life draining Metroids would give me nightmares! It didn't help that the first time I got to that area, I had the wave beam and no freeze beam...

The melty face final boss of Splatterhouse makes me feel queasy. I still think Splatterhouse is pretty damn disturbing for a plain ol' 2D beat 'em up-style game.
