I'm not thrilled about it being set NYC again but I guess if its overgrown enough it won't be a big deal. If they open up the levels a bit then I definitely won't mind as much.

What i really hope they take ODST take on New York and maybe throw in some Metroid prime in it you need to get some weapons or tools to backtrack stuff.
