The frizzy hair would have never worked for Catwoman action figures/ toys most likely.

It could be something as simple as that.

I'm sure Warner Bros. has meetings with the toy manufacturers way in advance to decide these things.

Don't get me wrong...TDKR is in no way a masterpiece and there is some hilariously bad stuff in it...but it is incredible how so long after release, you still see threads about it popping up.

I don't think it was the worst thing ever, but its clearly the Return of the Jedi of that particular trilogy

And that's a pretty perfect analogy for this trilogy, hadn't looked at it like that before. Certainly not Spider-Man 3 bad or anything, either, though.
 
I don't know anything about Anne Hathaway but she reminds me of a female Russell Crowe and I can't bring myself to think she could ever be nice in real life.

irrational and baseless but I can't shake that reaction.

It's a semi competent comic book movie by a reasonably well respected director.

Just wait until there's a half decent movie based on a video game, oh boy the internet will be fun then!

Michelle knocked it so out of the park. So much more sex appeal and confidence after the change. The whole 9 lives thing was kind of a joke but hot damn if i didn't goosebumb when she meows...

Nobody loves everyone more than ..um Nobody. I want people to be happy, doesn't mean I still praise BB and TDK as priceless artworks. That's your schtick.

I don't find her to be hotter like that, but more importantly, why would her hair be like that? She'd have to muss it on purpose.
 
I can see where Pyro is coming from kinda. With the straight hair, she looks like Catwoman.

She should've been more involved in the movie.

She talks about being scared of Bane, but the movie never capitalizes on that. There should've been more interaction between those two characters (oddly, they never speak to each other), and cliche as it might've been, Bane should've roughed her up a bit at some point. A following scene could've had her hair messy. This would've given Bane more heat as a villain, and made better sense of
Catwoman taking him out in the end.

I love the movie, but Nolan doesn't understand. He kinda has too much taste for comic book movies. Snyder would've understood. Catwoman should be sexualized heavily.

I mean a critically acclaimed movies that's seen as 'serious' by 'serious' people. Something that validates a previously shunned and derided past time, which causes nerds overcompensate its value by a ridiculous degree.
 
I don't it would have worked with the attitude she carried in the film. She came off, prim and proper and wanted to portray that she had wealth and class.

Now Michelle Pfeiffer as catwoman with messy hair I took seriously. She was off her rocker and the way she carried herself outside of the suit fit the style but those movies were completely different tone.
 
I definitely prefer the messy hair. That goes for real life too. Girls are often obsessed with straight hair but give me that messiness.

I'll never forgive Emilio Estevez for what he did to the crazy goth girl in The Breakfast Club.
