Well, then I agree. I think that people who do that kind of thing can appreciate the technical skill involved.

If the image is meant to be sexy or arousing, naturally it requires a lot of skill to be able to draw something of high quality that people will find arousing or sexy.

Good artists draw a lot. And I think that drawing a lot of sexy/arousing stuff would carry some kind of novelty at first in terms of arousal, but I'm guessing that eventually takes a back seat to the art process of realizing the drawing on whatever medium you are using.
