Does GAF have a TOS anywhere?

OK, I might just be completely missing it, but I'm not finding a guide to what is and what is not appropriate here...

Specifically, I've got to find a new avatar (my last one just got deemed 'inappropriate', I guess...at least, that's what the link says now). The thing is, it didn't seem to be anything more lascivious than images normally posted in any girl-related thread in the OT.

I figured I crossed the line for what's allowed in an avatar and what isn't...but I can't seem to find a simple guideline anywhere. My initial thought for a new avatar is that 'real' jessica rabbit image doen by Pixeloo (it's been posted here numerous times) but now I'm not sure if it's ok to be posted, but not to have as an avatar.

Oh, and because someone will ask, this is what can't be an avatar:

again, I figure it's ok to post, since it's really nothing compared to a Britney or Koeppe or Palin thread.

Not only is there a "Terms of Service" link in the main navigation bar for the site, there is an FAQ forum that has tons of info in it.

There are certainly more risque pictures on GAF, however there is a chick in your avatar with floaty tits cause she's likely getting boned.

It's a bit more eye catching than just a static image of a chick in a bikini.

As I said, I was totally missing it...never look at that bar..that is, I never use the User CP, and everything in the blue bar just runs together for me...thank you very much....
I had searched through the FAQ board and didn't find anything...

Ha, not a fail at all...I asked where the TOS was, and was directed right there...to me, that's a success.


edit 2: and even more of a success, for I see that there wasn't any real violation of it, just a personal judgement call. I was worried that I had gone against something posted.

I use the search that's placed over the thread list (to the right)...

I suppose I should try subscriptions, but I generally like just perusing recent activity...and the Rock Band thread, but that's easy to find.

I don't. I didn't think I was. I wanted to be sure that I wasn't going to be. The general rule that I was looking for is 'work-safe' which is fine.

please, I really don't want this to appear to be in that direction. The point is that someone deemed my avatar as inappropriate for whatever reason, and we should simply accept their judgement and leave it at that. Anything more is pointless.
