I also like these honeqsue changes. Are we gonna see more tree mid? Doubtful, but one can hope.

His role now pretty much limited to sucking XP from the hard lane with quelling blade and invisibility, so you can max you E faster, to let rest of the team dive towers easily.

Eh? With these changes I could easily see him being a counterpick mid. How the fuck is sf (maybe even q/w invoker?) going to deal with a tree with 70ish base damage and dat regen?

Team English Casters is gonna miraculously carry Toby to victory.

You know what sucks? Single Draft. Especially when the enemy team has Tidehunter, Dark Seer, Lycan and Pudge.

I finally got fed up with All Pick last week and started just playing SD and nothing else. I'm on a losing streak but at least the games are actually close and relatively interesting for the last twenty minutes or so now. Unless the enemy team has Lycan or Morphling.

I rather play all pick then SD or RD, my team will pick 5 carries anyway or the other team will get better characters so might as well give both teams the entire roster to choose from.

Good changes. I'm actually looking forward to playing dota now. It's about time some of the braindead bullshit toned down. The only change I wish was in would be cold snap range reduction, and ion shell have a 1 to 1 cool down to prevent double ion shells.

I personally think gyrocopter and kunkka are going to be hard to deal with now.

Needless. Dark Seer destroys his mana pool doing double ion shells without a Soul Ring (and his health without a Ring of Health to supplement its use). With the Soul Ring cooldown nerf, even that setup is already slightly less effective.

I think the final tally was 48. Manos also got perma'd but that was unrelated.

Wow. Hahahaha.

I read both of the stickied threads, and man... What the fuck is wrong with some people?

But anyways, I agree some supports are a bitch to play, like CM. If I'm going support I prefer going for more utility and disruption in teamfights. With CM I just feel like I die too quickly.

Another thing I also hate from the lowbie level pubs I've been playing is this fixation they have to sit mid waiting for stuff to happen. It doesn't help that almost everybody picks carry, but whenever there is a threat of mid going down they all TP in in seconds and dance back and forth for what feels like ages. I mean, it's cool to TP for defense purposes (if only they did so for bot and top) but it's just weird how they can sit there as 5 without accomplishing much, and especially carries wasting all that farm time.

Well, Drow Ranger and Luna having more vision at night than other heros in itself is an "invisible characteristic".

Faceless Void wil be able to run around in ALL chronospheres now, because well he is "a visitor from Claszureme, a realm outside of time".

Rubick is not so FV's chrono will still affect him even if he casts one as well.

I thought Luna had this property on one of her passives, and I had no idea Drow had this.

Generalli heros have 1800 during daytime and 800 at night, there are however some exceptions even without counting Luna that needs a skill for that to be in effect:

Enchantress, 1800/1800
Sniper, 1800/1000
Treant Protector, 1800/1200
Bounty Hunter, 1800/1000
Alchemist, 1800/1400
Priestess of the Moon, 1800/1200
Faerie Dragon, 1800/1200
Tormented Soul, 1800/900
Night Stalker, 1200/1800
Geomancer, 1800/1800
Ancient Apparition 1800/1400
Nightcrawler 1800/1800
Drow Ranger 1800/1700

First is day vision, second is night vision.

I was playing Shadow Shaman yesterday, solo lane top when Night Stalker and Spirit Breaker try to gank me. Here's what happened:

LOL

Why did your team put poor Shadow Shaman in solo hard lane? It worked out okay in this case, but still not a good idea for a Shadow Shaman by himself like that. I had a game last night where my team did the same thing. We also didn't have a courier until seven minutes. I was Nature's Prophet, and for some reason they insisted on having me jungle, with Morphling mid, Slardar and Omniknight bottom (Radiant side), with Shadow Shaman solo top. I told them many times this was a stupid idea. We lost the game.

On the positive side though, I'm getting the hang of Nature's Prophet now.

Pyrion Flax's guide to Enigma

The Chav comparison is scarily accurate.

His link was missing a character: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQBMLEsRqpg

Yeah, you have all the characters unlocked at all times. What you can buy is different looking couriers, or cosmetic items for the characters.

Yep, characters have cosmetic items you can buy and equip them with. They have no stats value or anything, they're purely for looks.

All 110 heroes will be available to all players at no cost. Stats, items, etc. will be retained when the full game goes live.
