With Xbox having Live and PS3 supposedly having a better online structure than the PS2, coupled with both consoles supporting hard drives, would it get around legal problems if AO content was provided as a download? Perhaps requiring age verification in someway, I'm not sure. Perhaps requiring a CC purchase. I guess if Hot Coffee would be worth $5 to you. :lol
The Mature rated game could be sold in stores and then the adult gamer can then obtain the AO material online if they so wanted to. This sounds like it might work since AO have such a hard time being sold in retail stores. This would also work for Teen rated games too, making them rated M after a content download.
Or would the ESRB still get their panties in a bunch? Crazy idea, I just thought about it.
