Pretty much. A DQ game actually being released in the west in 2015 makes it an automatic purchase. If the game is good, that's just a bonus.

40 hours to complete the game. Wow.

It took Miguel 40 hours to handily beat Dragon Quest Heroes with over 100 side quests completed. He comes into Dragon Quest Heroes having beaten five mainline Dragon Quests, his favorite being Dragon Quest VIII.

Because despite enjoying the game a lot, I thought there were many negative points that would be mentioned in reviews + western reviews are not usually that fond of Musou games (although it seems to have changed recently).

About what I expected, 6 - 8 /10 range. Seems more accessible than Musou games, but at the same time not that deep.

I'm curious about this as well. I think he might not like it since it plays very differently from normal Musou games.
